The City of Espoo recognized Oskari Laurila as the Young Athlete of 2022

The City of Espoo recognized successful athletes at the Espoo Sports Gala this week. Oskari Laurila (Espoon Pursiseura) was recognized as the Young Athlete of 2022 for his merits in Europe Class; Oskari won Junior Europeans in Röbel, Germany and was 3rd at the Open Week preceding the Worlds in Douarnenez, France. Currently Oskari is studying in the sports high-school in France and will return back to Finland in summer 2023.
