Double victory for EPS in the Europe Class Finnish Championship in Hanko – Oskari Laurila won after a tight battle

The Finnish Championship was sailed over three days during September 1-3, 2023 in Hanko. The regatta was also a rehearsal for next summer’s Europe Class World Championship regatta.

The Finnish championship was only decided on the third day of the competition when Aleksi Saarni and Oskari Laurila entered the final day with equal points. Jyrki Taiminen, the former world champion of the class who returned to the Europe dinghy courses, was left third in the final results. The entire EPS Academy team sailed a great weekend.
